If The World Voted in the US Elections…

Then, unsurprisingly, Biden would win.

Recent IPSOS poll:

Here is how this compares to the 2016 figures.

Eyeballing, it looks like foreign perceptions of Trump have actually improved over the past four years, if from a low base. This goes against media rhetoric.

Although the RussiaGaters will doubtless focus on Russia’s figures, the reality is that Trump has been much better for Israel, and to a lesser extent Turkey and “New Europe”, than he has been for Russia.

This is also something that is clearly reflected in the polls.

While Russians do not appear any more enthusiastic about Trump now than in 2016 – 27% Trump vs. 13% for Biden now, as opposed to 28% Trump vs. 12% HRC in 2016 – and why should they be otherwise? this is not the case for those countries.

Turkish support for Trump has soared from just 13% in 2016 (vs. 57% for HRC) to 27% now, with Biden only narrowly beating Trump out. This is despite S-400 related spats and Trump’s comments on Islam.

Poland’s support has increased from 17% in 2016 (vs. 46% for HRC) to 27% now, with Trump level pegging with Biden. Ironically, the US election, if held in Poland, might well be as close as it would be in the US itself.

Unfortunately, Israel is not in this particular poll. However, there is data from other polls on the Internet. In October 2016, for instance, 42% of Israelis preferred HRC to just 24% who prefered Trump. But in the wake of everything that Trump has done for Israel, some 63% of Israelis now support Trump vs. just 19% who would opt for Biden. That latter figure happens to be about equal to the population of Israeli Muslims.

By nefariously electing Trump into power, who has done more for Israel than any other US President and enjoys correspondingly sky-high support from Israelis – a sea change from the state of affairs four years ago – can Putler be considered “King of the Jews”?

Trump’s Indian worshipper dies ‘depressed’ over president’s COVID-19 illness

An Indian man who worshipped Donald Trump and was upset by the news of the U.S. president contracting COVID-19 died of a cardiac arrest on Sunday, an official from his village and police said.

Bussa Krishna, who had said his devotion for Trump began more than four years ago when the leader appeared to him in a dream, had days ago posted a tearful video on his Facebook page wishing for his idol’s recovery from the viral disease that has killed more than 1 million people worldwide.

Trump revealed on Oct. 2 that he had tested positive for COVID-19 and spent three nights in the hospital for treatment. He said on Sunday he had fully recovered and was due to resume campaigning on Monday ahead of the Nov. 3 U.S. election.

Venkat Goud, the head of Krishna’s native Konney village and a close friend, said he was “depressed” that Trump and his wife Melania had got the disease.

“It’s sad that he passed away without meeting his hero,” Goud told Reuters by phone. “He had tried so hard to meet him” when Trump had come to India in February.

Raghupathi, a local police officer, said Krishna had left the village over two weeks ago to meet his parents in another part of the same southern state of Telangana.

“It is there that he passed away due to a cardiac arrest,” Raghupathi, who goes by one name, said.

Reuters could not immediately contact Krishna’s family members or the hospital where he was taken to. Local media said Krishna was in his late thirties.

  6. Actually in this particular case it obviously is. Biden is eking out a win in India (albeit narrowly), he would almost certainly smash Trump in China, and what polls exist suggest he will dominate in most of Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Where is Trump dominant? Israel, Russia, Taiwan, maybe Hong Kong spring to mind, that’s pretty much it.

  7. Much of what the world hears about US politics is filtered through the Anglo media, so what exactly is surprising about this?

  16. Off-topic, but whom did Russia prefer in pre-2016 US presidential elections? As in, in 2012 and earlier? I’m assuming the Democrats but I’m unsure.

  17. Trump’s idea of appealing to Hispanics: Trump eating a taco bowl and tweeting “I Love Hispanics!”

  18. Correct. Obama was clearly preferred in 2008 and 2012, and Kerry was clearly preferred in 2004. Don’t know about 2000 or earlier.

  19. A leader who is popular abroad is not a leader for his country. Trump should aim for close to zero among the Third World refuse (“‘moving to US as soon as we can“) and euro-liberal-trash. Trump’s high support in India is a sign that he lied, not good.

And Sweden. Just when I started to see their rational side with their gold-level corona performance, well, the retarded old ladies who want to embrace the world are back – probably because nobody ever embraces them.

  20. Probably why globalism appeals to some people in the US.

Then I hear them saying things like “the US poor are routinely denied medical coverage because they can’t pay and die of things like tooth infections.” They actually believe stuff like that.

These know-it-alls, emboldened by their own conceit and arrogance in thinking they know all about the U.S., would naturally be loath to admit they really don’t know much and would have no preference for President. By contrast, the Japanese (said to have the world’s highest IQ) are much more humble, and their “don’t know” rates reflect that.

And Sweden. Just when I started to see their rational side with their gold-level corona performance

Sweden’s corona performance may not have been all it’s cracked up to be. There was a Swedish guy on Gab (I think—can’t find it now) saying the Swedish government didn’t actually want to be so aloof about the virus. It was just that because they have foolishly ceded parts of the country to hostile foreigners and those areas are now no-go zones for Swedes, the government knew it wouldn’t be able to enforce quarantines in those parts of the country and the failure would expose their incompetence and venality. So the government chose to make a virtue out of necessity and pretend to take an enlightened view of pandemics rather than to risk the embarrassment of confronting the hostile minorities they have imported.

  27. Why, when was there ever any doubt that the “British” US Territory Without A Vote is anything but Little America?

  28. Agreed, “Western Europeans have strong opinions on the U.S. and actually think they’re well-informed about it” when in fact they have no friggin idea.

On the other hand, “the US poor are routinely denied medical coverage because they can’t pay and die of things like tooth infections.” is a statement of fact — somewhat camouflaged when one looks at it without glasses, but a hard fact.

  29. Peter Akuleyev says

It’s the opposite. Trump loathes Muslims and the average Indian (Hindu) loves him for that and to top that he is seriously hammering China and now the average Indian hero worships him, that product of morganitic miscegenation Kamala Harris won’t even carry her ancestral state of Tamil Nadu as no self respecting Hindu will accept a Brahmin Negro(Sudras of the world) product.

United States of the World? Many people proposed this before.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victoria_Woodhull

    https://digital.library.upenn.edu/women/woodhull/constitution/constitution.html

CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF THE WORLD

We, the people of the United States – a National Union – and of the several States as its component parts, proceeding upon the Natural Right inherent in humanity, and in order to secure a perfect and enduring Union; to establish equality as a birth-right; to administer common justice; to secure peace, tranquillity and prosperity; to provide for the common defense; to promote the general welfare; to secure the blessings of freedom, and protection for the exercise of individual capacities to ourselves and our posterity; and to erect a government which shall be the center around which the nations may aggregate, until ours shall become a Universal Republic, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the United States of the World; which shall be the Supreme Law wherever it shall have, or acquire, jurisdiction.

    … and still do.

    https://www.amazon.com/United-States-World-government-development-ebook/dp/B00L5IXSGO

The Federal Government should give up trying to be the head of “the nation” and instead become the central supranational government of a world union of states. The Constitution gives Congress the power to admit new states. States worldwide should apply for admission to the American union in order to guarantee for themselves economic development and a democratic government. The United States of America should become The United States of the World in order to secure by a strong central government and a written constitution the right of its peoples to be citizens in any democratic state of their union where they choose to reside.

  40. The United States of America should become The United States of the World

That would be the most effective way of preventing others from laughing out loud when the US gets corrupt senile walking dead for “president”. Or at least it would limit inevitable guffaws to non-vassals, like China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, etc.

  41. Union Now by Clarence Streit (first published 1939, later updated significantly against communism) was a popular book in some circles. Orwell wrote a (as often) rather (at least in hindsight) short-sided and inept criticism of it entitled “Not Counting Niggers:”

[O]ne begins to see what would really be happening if Mr Streit’s scheme were put into operation. The British and French empires, with their six hundred million disenfranchised human beings, would simply be receiving fresh police forces; the huge strength of the USA would be behind the robbery of India and Africa. Mr Streit is letting cats out of bags, but all phrases like ‘Peace Bloc’, ‘Peace Front’, etc contain some such implication; all imply a tightening-up of the existing structure.

  42. This is just because America (unfortunately) exports its culture and its news and its celebrities all over the world.

Imagine if someone were to ask people in other countries who they think should be the presidents or leaders in France, Germany, Italy, Japan or Brazil. The question would be deemed absurd, or people would have no idea of who the candidates were anyway. But because it’s the U.S., everybody everywhere has to have an opinion, even if they have no idea about America besides what they see in Hollywood and Netflix.

Meanwhile the COVID farce goes on, mandatory masks and new lockdowns. Welcome to 1984. What a joke! The West has become a sick joke.

No one cares about these countries, but the clown in chief sitting in the big clown house is, whether you want it or not, one of the most powerful people of the world.

His domestic power is very limited, but worldwide, he could sanction, blockade, bomb or invade any country he wants, he can kill anyone around the world he wishes (excluding US citizens on US territory). This forces everyone to care.

If CCP made selection of the general secretary into similar big circus show, you will see people all over the world arguing whether Wang or Chang would be better Supreme Leader.
The show does not have to be “democratic” – the world is wildly speculating who is “papabile” whenever there is conclave that elects Pope, despite zero popular influence on the outcome.

  44. Sometimes we do right thing for wrong reason. I still give Sweden credit for staying relatively normal when others are losing their minds. Some of these petty feverish mini-Napoleons running around Europe need to sober up. Hysteria should be left to elder women and we have enough of them “running things” already. No need for “men” taking on that personality.

Scandinavian leftists’ fundamental programming is never to coerce POCs. They will even give up their country to avoid this.

Does that sound like an evolutionary dead end? It probably is. It’s just too bad a nice country had to disappear with it.

  46. I think Trump’s support in India is mainly due to his anti-Islam rhetoric, and 3rd-worlders love blustering showmen.

One thing I’ve noticed about white Western Europeans: they have strong opinions on the U.S. and actually think they’re well-informed about it.

Well, considering their media is almost entirely US-dominated and controlled, that’s rather inevitable. Even accounting for media dishonesty and spin, I’m certain they’re far better informed about the US than Americans are about any foreign country. Japanese are just notoriously insular and probably genuinely disinterested.

  47. Europe Europa says

I find it odd when people say the UK is “little America”, etc. The UK is a typical Western European country, the level of Americanisation here is not really out of proportion to the rest of Western Europe and I don’t say that as a good or bad thing, but as an observation.

Actually, considering the historical links and shared language, I’m surprised that this country is not far more Americanised than it is. Language aside (and even that can be very different to what Americans are used to), I don’t think most Americans would instantly feel any more at home in Britain than they would in France or Germany.

  48. Well, those countries were always quite dysfunctional, but the US has had a large hand in destroying the society of those countries for decades, especially in violently promoting economic policies often beloved by the most hardline anti-immigrant voters in the US, it’s rather ironic.

  49. Kent Nationalist says

I was reading a book which came out recently by a Labour polling woman who did hundreds of focus groups for them with the Northern working class to try and work out why they lost.

She says that when asked to come up with a slogan, the most common response was ‘Make Britain Great Again’.

  50. Kent Nationalist says

considering the historical links and shared language

As one of my colleagues rightly said, US and UK are two countries divided by the same language.

  52. Scandinavian leftists’ fundamental programming is never to coerce POCs.

Seems to be more of a universal truth, or at least pretty universal to Western Europe, probably most of Europe, under the right economic conditions.

Social trust is not something that just happens – it cannot be created artificially. It can’t even be created by posting soldiers on street corners. Maybe, certain behaviors could be instilled, if a few people were shot, but they understand that things would start to unwind at that point.

Does that sound like an evolutionary dead end? It probably is. It’s just too bad a nice country had to disappear with it.

I advocate giving Swedes a helping hand. Within Sweden, there are surely many natives who oppose what is happening. Their main deficiency might be that they are unable to congregate and segregate themselves, in such a way as to prevent betrayal and maintain their own culture and territory. Poz-resistant, high fertility Swedes could be encouraged to breed and keep the country from being taken over by non-Europeans. If necessary, genetically augmented-Swedes could be made, just like new strains of American Elm, or they could be back-bred with more resistant ethnicities, while retaining as many original traits as is possible.

  53. No one cares about these countries, but the clown in chief sitting in the big clown house is, whether you want it or not, one of the most powerful people of the world.

    Just another clown puppet.

His domestic power is very limited, but worldwide, he could sanction, blockade, bomb or invade any country he wants, he can kill anyone around the world he wishes (excluding US citizens on US territory).

Actually, American governments have many times killed US citizens in US territory (i.e. Waco siege).

But I don’t think they can “bomb or invade” any country, just weak ones. No bombing of China.

  54. I think Trump will be reelected because he is more useful to the system as an “antagonist” (even if not really).

He won’t do anything (as he hasn’t done anything) except twitting and posturing against immigration, against the Covid farce, or against the BLM riots. But everything will continue pretty much as before. The NWO marches onward!

I’m certain they’re far better informed about the US than Americans are about any foreign country.

The difference is that Americans don’t say things like “I deserve a vote in xx country because you guys impact my life.”

I’ve heard Canadians, Brits and Australians say this about American elections. I imagine the Germans say it too. Here’s another idea. You don’t like U.S. leadership, pull the fuck out of NATO and ANZUS. You will be freed from the kraken you hate so much. And you won’t be missed.

Hearing this chutzpah from NATO deadbeats like Canuckistan is just remarkable.

  57. One thing I’ve noticed about white Western Europeans: they have strong opinions on the U.S. and actually think they’re well-informed about it.

They’re always wrong. Like, always wrong. All of the Europeans whom I’ve asked about this, I ask them if they know about PNAC, where the bulk of Wall Street money goes in politics, and where the most violent cities in America are and who dominates them demographically.

Crickets. Especially with the British, western Europeans are some of the most ill-informed shitheads concerning American politics you can deal with. I am convinced that I could have a more rational, informed conversation with an Arab, an Indian or even a dark as night African than I could with a western European. There’s something about whites with a degree of comfort and stability that makes them so confident in their own ignorance and completely impenetrable to reality. I’ve yet to meet an asian or a hispanic (even a black guy!) whom I couldn’t get to doubt their own beliefs when presented with just the right amount of information.

But not white libs and western Europeans. They can be told just how many people their beliefs have gotten killed and they will still insist that they’re right. They’re just such vile people. I can no longer bring myself to be concerned when one of them gets durka’d in the streets. May the slavs one day rule the husks of their once lovely countries.

  58. anonymous coward says

It’s not their whiteness that is the problem, the problem is that Gnosticism is the official and traditional religion of Western Europe. Gnosticism is founded on violent denial of reality, so their behavior isn’t surprising in the least.

  59. Supply and Demand says

    Slavs aren’t white.

  60. The attitude is perfectly understandable considering most European politicians are to lesser or greater degrees US puppets.

Yes, I’m sure Canada, Australia, Romania or Bulgaria (far more civilised countries than America in every respect, btw) can freely pull out of NATO or ANZUS whenever they like, the US has never been known to be vindictive. Turkey’s actions over the past decade have shown the stabilising or restraining value of the organisation to have now become worthless anyway.

It’s rather astounding from a long-term historical perspective to see how brief US hegemony really was, considering they were given so many fluke advantages over the entire world, practically unprecedented in history, and still managed to screw it all up within 70 years.

  61. Bragadocious says

Yes, I’m sure Canada, Australia, Romania or Bulgaria (far more civilised countries than America in every respect, btw

Weird, coming from an Armenian, or someone with an Armenian handle. The U.S. has a huge Armenian diaspora. I should know, they were out in force last week waving their flags and stopping traffic with their BLM bullshit. (Their relatives in France are also beating up Azeri randos. So brave!) They should definitely leave this uncivilized country. I’ll chip in for their flight out.

  62. Huh? China is a relatively low trust society even by central European standards. Posting soldiers on street corners resulted in significant behavioral changes as seen in Wuhan.

  63. What do you mean by Central Europe? The core of Central Europe is Germany. Stereotypically, Germans are Europe’s most famous rule-followers. It’s been remarked on for well over a 100 years, how they obey signs to keep off the grass and don’t jaywalk, etc.

  64. Canadians aren’t dead beats. NATO no longer serves to defend the independence of Canada. Why should Canadians waste even more blood and money in the Middle East? What do they get out of it?

  65. Bragadocious says

Then leave. But you won’t will you.

And Canada only pays half what it should so that spells deadbeat.
