⭐ RUSSIAN 🇷🇺 ★★★★★ Notes: History – was developing quite well (bistro, service a la russe, Gift for the Young Housewife). Then largely destroyed by the sovok, only now getting restored. Ironically, despite my enthusiasm for Russian/East European cuisine, I am not a fan of vodka. That said, one big exception are pairings of different apéritifs and corresponding vodka flavors. These can be excellent.
