Antifa Pedophile Locked Up in Russia

So a couple of days ago, a group of seven Russian antifa were sentenced to jail terms ranging from 6-18 years. They are accused of having set up a terrorist cell called the Network (Set’) and having planned to commit terrorist attacks to disrupt the World Cup and Presidential elections in 2018. In the event, they don’t appear to have gotten much farther than their leader, Dmitry Pchelintsev who attempted to set a military commissariat in Penza alight with Molotov cocktails. (Incidentally, Pchelintsev shares his surname with a Tsarist-era Russian anarchist-terrorist, and the Network was allegedly set up in 2015 on the anniversary of his execution in 1907). In raids on their apartments, firearms, grenades, and a bucket of explosives precursors were discovered, as well as copies of anarchist literature and Marx’s Capital (which the based judge ordered destroyed “on account of having no value”).

Their supporters, which include Navalny, claim that the Network was a fictive organization, that their confessions were extracted by torture, and that the weapons and firearms were planted.

I obviously don’t claim to know the truth of the case. But what I did notice is the biography of one of the figurants, Arman Sagynbaev. He is like a walking antifa stereotype, and I don’t just mean the physiognomy. He has a mystery meat background – while the mother is Russian (“Elena Strigina”), his full name suggests a Kazakh/Kyrgyz father (patronymic: Dauletovich). He appears to have become an anarchist after some nationalist Chads beat him up in high school. He was a vegan and ran some kind of vegan food business in Saint-Petersburg. And he was in the third stage of HIV.

A gift that he apparently felt compelled far and wide amidst his antifa thots, one of whom, Zlata, was 14 years old during her relationship with Arman.

Six of these women even started up a website to make him more famous:

We are six women: Yasna Iskhaki, Anna Topchilova, Zhenya from Novosibirsk, Arina, Zlata and Augusta (name changed) and we decided to talk about our relationship experiences with a prisoner of the “Network case” – Arman Sagynbaev.

The purpose of our publication: to warn women about what Arman is capable of with regard to women. Now Arman communicates with a large number of women by correspondence, tries to build relationships with them, offers to become a wife and have intimacy. This means that he will be able to use violence against these women, break their fates, squeeze everything out of them, and transmit one of them HIV without her knowledge and consent (in case of marriage, but he actively proposes marriage).

We want other women to know what kind of person he is. When Arman will leave the prison, he will be in the status of a victim of the regime, which for many women automatically means full confidence in him as a person and as a partner. We want people to know not only that he suffered from the regime, but also about his victims.

If you, just like us, want to stop Arman’s violence against women, then please share the link to this site with our stories. Only information can help those with whom Arman is chatting now, not to become his next victim. We are sure that if a law against domestic violence existed in Russia, the victims of Arman would be more protected from his threats, violence, and persecution. We hope that our stories will be another argument that we need a law, we need security orders.

Trigger warning: sexual and physical violence, sadistic coercive sex, HIV infection, sex with a minor, humiliation, suicide, attempted drowning, blackmailing with homemade porn, recording porn without the consent of the partner.

In the event, he was the only one of the anarchists not to dispute the weapons charges, and also ended up getting the lightest sentence of six years.

What is however rather instructive is that none of the Western media coverage of the case mentioned these specifics about Arman Sagynbaev, the Simon Mol of Russia’s anarchists (a Cameroonian GRIDS-riddled “refugee” who sidled his way into Polish antifa/anti-racism movements and literally pozzed dozens of Polish leftists). This is something that can’t be said even for some anti-Kremlin Russian publications such as Meduza, which did cover the Sagynbaev story in a lengthy issue in November 2019 (notably, in its Russian language version, not the English one). But I suppose that all that brouhaha about “Believe Women” be damned when it interferes in the holy war against PUTLER.

OK, come to think of it, there is at least one exception. I wonder how many articles The Guardian has ever published condemning the jailing of Russian nationalists on (mostly spurious) “hate speech” offenses under Article 282, let alone describing their sentences as “monstrous”. I guess somewhere in the region of zero.

  2. Felix Keverich says

The guy is like 20, and he is already HIV+, with a trail of ruined women behind him and about to go to prison for terrorism?

That’s as Alpha as the Alpha goes! A part of me feels jealous.

  3. He got fluffed a little bit by the BBC back in November. Probably his pozzed out hands in the banner image, too?

  5. The Big Red Scary says

While it is not hard to “believe women” in this case, is there any solid evidence? What about that blackmail porn, for example?

By the way, pedophilia is not the right word for whatever this is.

  6. John Burns, Gettysburg Partisan says

Alpha male, originally, was meant to refer specifically and only to men who are attractive to hot females.

So, it says it all about the insipidity of most hot females that they are attracted to members of an ideology – anarchism – that has never been anything but a crass tool of international Jews.

  7. was only meant to refer to a man’s attractiveness to females

That is pretty much the manosphere definition, that fact that a bull could be the alpha bull but still ultimately led to the slaughter by its master is not important. They could not care less about being led around by their jew masters as long as they can get laid. Which, as Aristotle said when asked about people who only care about hedonism, makes them just fatted cattle.

  8. You’re expecting the Guardian to somehow champion the cause of Russian nationalists?…

  9. Felix Keverich says

Alpha male is a dominant male, who is attractive because of his dominant character traits, which include violence, adventurousness etc, and also because of his leadership position within a group.

Females as a rule don’t understand and don’t care about world of ideas, ideology. They are not bright enough. But they are eager to become part of a tribe, and Сеть happened to be one such tribe, which its own leadership structure, which needed to be “serviced”. Such women find their purpose in “servicing”.

  10. I don’t expect anyone to champion Russian nationalism. “Many enemies, much honor.”

What I am doing, and will continue doing so, is pointing out the facts of Western journalistic hypocrisy and liberal double standards.

  11. Okay. My first read through, I didn’t click on the link “were sentenced” that leads into a Guardian piece about this event. I’m not at all sympathetic to this group or what they were up to, however, you have to admit that strapping on electrical wires to a guy’s testicles might elicit any sort of confession that the prosecutors were trying to get?

  12. I hope this post is in jest

  13. Felix Keverich says

How much did you achieve in your life, Korenchkin? This guy is a HIV+ heartthrob, a small celebrity and now going to prison for terrorism. He has New York Times and Human Right Watch vouching for his innocence. When he is released in a couple of years, expect him to sue Russia in European Court of Human Rights. And WIN! <– will totally happen.

  14. Expect him dead in a couple of years if not months lol.

  15. anonymous coward says

    a HIV+ heartthrob

    Holy cow, you’re nuts.

Serious question: have you ever talked to a female that’s not your mom?

  16. John Burns, Gettysburg Partisan says

    Agreed.

There is no point in glorifying these cattle (for once “goyim” is truly appropriate), even if it’s done in jest – and I certainly hope Keverich is merely jesting.

Thankfully, it is possible for women – who are, contrary to some, sentient – to at least respect real moral courage.

But in this day and age, the average liberated woman is indeed a hedonist. Mary Magdalene does show that even these women can escape their bondage, however.

  17. Marx’s Capital (which the based judge ordered destroyed “on account of having no value”

That judge sounds like the Russian version of Nancy Pelosi. Not so much based as beta.

While I can’t say much in favour of Antifa or paedophiles, I do admire the brutish masculinity of Russia’s current elite.

  18. Anonymous lurker says

Just how trustworthy are those claims, though?

Russian law enforcement is definitely harsher than ours, granted, but from my experience crazy exaggerations and lies are a staple for these guys. Antifa (AFA etc) here in Sweden always yell bloody murder even when gently brushed aside by cops at their street “manifestations”.

If there’s even a hint of a tougher altercation, it’s nothing short of “torture” or “attempted murder”.

  19. Alpha male should be taken with the context of his interaction with other men as well not only his sexual prowess. Only leaders of men can be considered alpha males.

  20. Antifa is a cancer that eats it self. I read some of the stories from the link and the guy was a mess and targeted antifa women who for the most part were a mess too. One girl threatened to call the cops and he convinced her not to because she would be kicked out of antifa.

I am glad Russians don’t let antifa fester and take proper measures. Really hard to believe they don’t have enough if they threw the book at them.

We make fun of antifa for being such losers but over the years I realized every movement has grifters. Nay I should say every human organization. Some are just more prone than others. Antifa is one of the number one ranked in my opinion due to the human garbage that makes up it’s ranks.

Edit: while the stories are really bad I recommend reading, they reveal some interesting antifa dynamics. Like Nazis infiltrating and info leaking this was to law enforcement.

  21. RadicalCenter says

Because masculine men have to stomp around grunting and aren’t allowed to drink tea?

I’ll take Vladimir Vladimirovich as a normal, competent, manly leader over our crop of western homosexuals, barren feminist “women”, and puffed-up posturing blowhards (like the guy I voted for as president in 2016) who couldn’t walk a mile without collapsing, any day.

  22. He sounds like scum, but I don’t like calling him a pedophile because it confuses the taxonomy. Plenty of 14 year-old girls can turn heads, and I certainly remember and will freely admit having my head turned at that age.

Marx’s Capital (which the based judge ordered destroyed “on account of having no value”).

An interesting question would be, how many copies of it are still in Russia? Is there a legacy of the mass of books printed during Soviet days, which can still afflict the weak-minded, or were most of them recycled or burnt? I heard that, even during Soviet days, people would often tear off the covers of Marx and recycle it to get something or other. Rubles, maybe. Or better books, I forget. But you couldn’t turn in too many copies at once.

a Cameroonian GRIDS-riddled “refugee” who sidled his way into Polish antifa/anti-racism movements and literally pozzed dozens of Polish leftists

It strikes me that this would be a good technique to break up leftist revolutionary organizations, as they all have loose sexual mores. Not that I think it has been used, or am advocating it. I just think it would work.

  23. Felix Keverich says

Well, Arman Sagynbaev is unquestionably an Alpha male. Can’t comment on his sexual prowess though…Actually I don’t think that prowess matters at all. One can be an old and sexually impotent Alpha male. Having access to females is what counts.

  24. another anon says

    Printed books? LOL.
We are in the 21st century, and complete works of Marx & Engels are available at your fingertips, in all languages of the world.

Fancy your Marx in Quechua or Zulu?

    https://marxists.catbull.com/quechua/index.htm
    https://marxists.catbull.com/isizulu/index.htm

And they are hardcore racist, sexist, homophobic, islamophobic, antisemitic and thoroughly based writings. Exactly what our century wants and needs.
    Enter at your peril.

  25. The case of 1900-1917 Russia stands as a dire warning.

Subversives, terrorists and foreign-hosted revolutionaries have to be systematically extinguished. Terminated. Family reprisals/proscriptions in particular.

Instead of executing low (ten) thousands of minorities and anarchists, sending pickaxe deliverers to Vienna and Switzerland, a whole Empire and millions of people paid the price.

The only way to preserve order and ensure prosperity and true progress is to be more ruthless than those seeking to undermine you.
Oprichina should make a return, with public trials and carefully calculated cost:benefit:damage prevented cases presented.
Seriously, why should a Volk or a society support their explicit enemies, detractors and those wishing them harm?

  26. An Alpha is defined as an in-group, in-pack hierarchy position.
Among humans, it means an Alpha enjoys respect and approval among other men, often not for some explicit trait or skill, but as an individual with charisma.

This subhuman is a societal outcast who probably socialised with similar dredges of society. The fact he fucked multiple rejects and failures doesn’t make him an Alpha, since he wasn’t even a leader of the pathetic pack of theirs.

  27. Daniel Chieh says

This is actually a vaguely interesting point; I used to be rather familiar with antifa groups. The answer is essentially yes in a fashion, much like hippie cults, it does indeed have men who are incredibly sexually successful and essentially form harems(in a fashion).

It is quite sensible if one thinks about it; our peer group is our most important reality, and women who participate in such organizations – often young, impressionable and naive – are easily swayed by the presence of an male “leader” or someone who appears to provide care or direction. They are indeed alpha in the context they are in, often good at storytelling and naturally the entire participation in the antifa lifestyle carries in itself a sense of adventure, danger and meaning that is otherwise removed from modern society. It is essentially cultlike.

This is not likely something we would appreciate – there’s little loyalty in such relationships; it is defined by casual sex, wide drug use, indiscriminate orgies and general hedonistic/idealistic low time preference. STDs obviously can follow.

In some ways, they are indeed very successful alpha males, but I doubt they are anyone to emulate: one of the most successful men I knew in such an arrangement was actually mentally retarded. Hard to see that as someone to emulate. But they indeed successful – this guy got at least two teenagers pregnant, one who immediately ‘straightened up’ her life, went back to her family, and built up a decent life for herself and her newborn daughter. I’m not extremely huge on the MRA philosophy, but there’s definitely an undercurrent of the alpha f***, beta bux strategy.

And yes, in an appropriate society, the correct response is ruthless destruction and suppression toward such organizations(which are indeed, worlds in themselves). As Karlin knows, I can have a very Inquisitorial outlook.

    Death to heresy.

  28. Felix Keverich says

He enjoyed respect and approval within their pack, to say nothing of international adulation he is currently getting.

I don’t know why you guys are getting upset over it. It’s how the world often works. Reprobates win, while hard work and virtue go unrewarded. Are you complaining that criminal reprobates don’t deserve to called “Alpha”? Is that what this is about?

  29. Daniel Chieh says

Reprobates win, while hard work and virtue go unrewarded.

This is of course, wrong. But that it is wrong does not mean that it does not happen commonly.

Justice does not merely spring forth like morning dew.

It is a task of dedication, sacrifice and will. And one that incidentally, can bring great meaning and joy.

  30. Felix Keverich says

    It is essentially cultlike.

Every cult is essentially a tribe, and I hear that leaders of religious cults in the US have active sex lifes and form harems of young women. Cult leaders are therefore Alphas, despite them being unproductive nutjobs. GTA 5 made a nice parody of this.

This is not likely something we would appreciate

I apply the concept of an Alpha male from a purely scientific standpoint, without intention to pass moral judgement. But many people, who read this blog seem overly attached to traditional Western ethics, and become triggered by this <– this shit is just Beta.

  31. Often times correct procedures and adherence to civility are ignored in areas further away from the center of civilization. Even in the US, the legal system in rural areas is often lambasted and portrayed for being parochial in its approach and amenable to crooked application of the law. I looked up Penza and found out that it’s a Russian frontier town originally settled by Ukrainian Cossacks (inadvertent application of Hack’s law!) and was set-up basically as a garrison town to stem the tide of marauding Tatars. Its rough and tumble image was noted by Lenin whose tide of red terror had a difficult time of subduing the place. Amateur and professional hockey seems to ooze out of the pours of this city and helps to promote a tough exterior image to this day. I don’t know what these misplaced adventurers were thinking of or up to, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they were not treated with any deference, at all.

  32. Daniel Chieh says

I apply the concept of an Alpha male from a purely scientific standpoint, without intention to pass moral judgement.

Well, sometimes it is just becoming a living, breathing vibrator and I’m not absolutely certain that’s particularly alpha. There’s something about it, I guess.

Every cult is essentially a tribe, and I hear that leaders of religious cults in the US have active sex lifes and form harems of young women.

In religious cults, yeah. Interestingly, religious cults tend to be the most successful when they attempt to form communes or become self-sufficient. Its not easy.

Antifa is a bit of a different animal, being heavily buttressed by the black hand of mysterious sponsors(but really, Soros and other crew, including NGO). Lesbians have a higher social status as approved substitutes for male leadership, while men, even succesful “alpha types” tend to be more like living sexual furniture.

  33. So how many “Alphas” were there in their 7-man group?

You are using the word incorrectly, not “scientifically”.

The fact that you equate fucking (stupid, bottom dweller) teenage girls with “Alpha” status instead of Alpha being the leader and trendsetter is indicative.

  34. It’s pretty weird that America’s MAGAtards see a pudgy, geriatric clown as a specimen of peak masculinity. Trump has height in his favour, but not much else.

    https://www.snopes.com/tachyon/2020/02/trump_orange_social.jpg?fit=1200,800

  35. Daniel Chieh says

Eh. The most peakly presenting masculine bodybuilder types are questionably heterosexual; I greatly admire Putin(and quite identify in some ways) but he is ultimately and specifically an intelligence agent, and real intelligence agents, unlike James Bond types, are extremely careful and hesitant – even fearful – individuals who are very focused on control, slow plans and overwhelming advantage. Risk-avoidance to the extreme of neuroticism is arguably not only quite feminine, but one of the most defining differences between men and women in personality.

Its very admirable but hardly the typical image of masculinity. As such, shirtless Putin public relation images have to be created.

  36. If this is a cult, were these girls only able to speak after authorities busted it up? Or did they get away before?

  37. This “sex cult leader/Rasputin” personalities, are a social niche in all times and societies.

The funny thing is how they can change world history – for example, religions like the Mormons and Islam, are created by these characters.

  38. anonymous coward says

Trigger warning: sexual and physical violence, sadistic coercive sex, HIV infection, sex with a minor, humiliation, suicide, attempted drowning, blackmailing with homemade porn, recording porn without the consent of the partner.

Reads like a list of tags on a porn site. I wonder if they masturbated while writing that.

  39. Western journalistic hypocrisy and

“Western journalism” is terrible in relation to objectivity and logic. But you know that “non-Western journalism” is even worse.

Objectivity is a rare and noble trait, which few people cultivate. I don’t think non-objective commentary is corrected by non-objective commentary from the other direction, as if the way to stop a car travelling in the wrong direction is crashing another car into it from the other wrong direction.

We value swimming pools with clean water. We notice that someone pisses in the swimming pool. Angry because of seeing that, we piss in the swimming pool to achieve revenge. This is kind of parable for what is happening to truth and objectivity in journalism .

  40. You are a master of failed analogies.

Western media is a centralised propaganda effort which peddles a narrative.
It’s impossible to counter that by producing objective, factual information and news.

The miscreants they cater to operate in a post-facts, emotion-driven world of simplistic narratives. They have been conditioned since childhood to do so.

I will again repeat myself – the West. Has. To. Die.

  41. He is an alpha among losers. There is even a question if he lead other antifa. That would be a requirement for being alpha. He is a predator whose prey were antifa women. He himself does not exhibit alpha qualities other than getting sex.

You are purely thinking of pick up artist designations of alpha. That is boring because it doesn’t tell you anything. There is nothing you would want to emulate there.

Do you want to cry like a bitch to manipulate damaged girls not to leave you? Are you into abuse sex? Do you want to be a parasite who women pay for? If no then what are you going to find there that is of use to you or anyone who is not a degenerate?

  42. indeed, the religious cults that seek seclusion and anarchist groups that reject organization and the hierarchies that organizing entails, end up regressing to exhibit the sexual dynamics of our ape ancestor packs — the alpha male with his harem and and the beta cuck followers.

It’s often very comical, especially with “Eastern” cults … the leader explains that you need to conserve your sexual energy to be able to reach Enlightenment, and the beta cucks duly obey … but time and time again, the hot young women get told by the Guru — pst, this is a highly advanced secret but there are certain esoteric methods ….

American right wing nut jobs often feel very bad about what happened to Branch of David’s “Koresh” but let’s face it , the guy was a sleazebag pedo and his male followers total idiot cucks ….

Sigmund Freud postulated in his book “The Totem and the Taboo” that Man became a Man when the cuck brothers made a pact, killed the Alpha male ape Father, ate it’s body to seal their crime in a sacred secret and then shared the females.

Later in the book Freud notices that in Christianity it turns the other way around, the Father God has his Son killed and the followers eat the Son’s body and drink the blood … good stuff!

  43. I’m quite sure you’re being facetious there, Felix.

  44. American right wing nut jobs often feel very bad about what happened to Branch of David’s “Koresh” but let’s face it , the guy was a sleazebag pedo and his male followers total idiot cucks ….

The way I see it, Bill Clinton used Koresh as a testing ground for his illegal attack on Serbia.

  45. I have a weakness for physical books, though I don’t really like collecting them.

Zulu? lol. Wow, communists waste a lot of man hours, but then again we do too.

IMO, Marx will never be cancelled because his name is an important part of rhetoric mainly based on its sounds and history of general use. That is why I support use of the term “cultural Marxism” Even if Marx was based by today’s standards, it is good rhetoric, and probably superior to any other term that could be coined.

  46. TheMoscowTimes is playing the crying game about this scum. This neoliberal propaganda bullhorn is really disgusting.

  52. ooze out of the pours of this city

In good English, “pour” is a verb and never a noun.

The noun you want is “pore,” as in pores of the skin, but note that “pore over” is a verbal phrase meaning to study carefully.

I don’t pore over the comments looking for grammatical errors or spelling mistakes; they jump out at me.

  55. I am very skeptical of how Russia portray this guy. I grew up in communist country and know how authorities make up stories. These women could be payed witnesses. When Grigori Grabovoj was trialed they have payed witnesses. However, he never took a penny, he never promise anyone to resurrect her child. He announced to run in election against Putin. The accusations were fake and his arrest was political. Grabovoj is a genius, helped USA fix space station, found the problem in design of Russian airplanes, a good human, and would never do what they accused him. He has psychic ability, so if he had anything to do with mothers of Beslan, it was desire to help mother in grieving process. The system maybe changed in Russia but KGB methods stayed the same.

  56. It is not only “Eastern cults” , Barbara Bush (mother) was conceived by western European cult guy.

Marx would be immediately cancelled, if anyone bothered to read his works today. Idea that anyone can be “corrupted” by studying Marx today is ludicrous.

Fortunately, modern Marxists mostly consist of cosplayers who like Soviet uniforms, gamers who like to fly Soviet planes, drive Soviet tanks, command Red Army and aesthetes who like Soviet music and art.
No one of them is ever going to read any book by Marx (or anyone else).
    Uncle Karl can sleep safe.

See all the “islamist” and “neo nazi” terror plots that consist of some mongoloids running their big mouths online and not much else.

  60. Called on the carpet? Hardly. That was an English lesson. Your good paragraph was marred with the mistaken homophone.

Sorry, I don’t have the bandwidth currently to watch videos, and when I do have the bandwidth, I seldom squander it on low-brow bilge from the boob-tube.

  62. Jaakko Raipala says

Every cult is essentially a tribe, and I hear that leaders of religious cults in the US have active sex lifes and form harems of young women.

Well, there are also those cult leaders who prefer young men. Antifa groups are often all male and I assume that those are all drug fueled gay orgies.

I know a crazy woman who fell for a cult but ended up disappointed because the cult leader turned out to only like teenage boys. The guy is a shameless sociopath and he had a brilliant plan to lure in teenagers by running gay conversion therapy. Parents would send sons to a summer camp to get cured of homosexuality but eventually it leaked out that part of the therapy was reliving all their shameful gay experiences with the cult leader…

  63. Even in the US, the legal system in rural areas is often lambasted and portrayed for being parochial in its approach and amenable to crooked application of the law.

We should emphasise that there is a distinction between judicial fairness in non-political affairs and judicial neutrality in political affairs.

In any case I think the way “rule of law” gets defined in many places is rather dubious.

  64. The video that I included lasts for about 3 seconds and shows Bart Simpson expressing his version of “Ay Carumba” which is the most accurate way I could express my feelings regarding your very astute manner of disclosing my “homophone” (a word, that I confess I had to look-up to determine its meaning).

I agree with you wholeheartedly about the “low bilge” fare (not “fair”) that too often fills the void within the boob-tube. I enjoy watching films from bygone eras on YouTube, and have recently taken up an old passion of mine, reading books (I own a library of about 800 books, and many of the books have been languishing on shelves for much too long). Thanks for adding a new word to my vocabulary.

  65. I could see the judicial proceedings within the case at hand interpreted as either political or non-political, therefore the distinction in approach for disposition could indeed become muddled.

  66. Even in the US, the legal system in rural areas is often lambasted and portrayed for being parochial in its approach and amenable to crooked application of the law.

Hollywood often promotes an inversion of reality. In this case, it is that the rule of law is better in the city.

The US has trial by jury. This is of course, unworkable in a diverse society, if your premise is that people are universal. In some urban locations, this means trial by Africans. Indeed, often there is serious wrangling about who has jurisdiction, for black areas are better places to sue companies. It can also be very hard to convict a black criminal in such areas.

Besides, bigger organizations like the FBI often have a lot of corruption, see for instance the case of John Connolly, who used Whitey Bulger as an informant.

  67. Or, better yet, his adepts should have held closer to the old axiom, “Buyer Beware”.

It seems strange to me that both Putin and Medvedev would have gotten so involved with this case? I wonder what this mathematical genius is up to today?

  68. another anon says

The US has trial by jury.

In practice, the US has trial by cops and prosecutors. You are arrested, the prosecutor offers you a deal, you accept and go directly to prison.
    Swift and effective.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2017/09/innocence-is-irrelevant/534171/

This is the age of the plea bargain. Most people adjudicated in the criminal-justice system today waive the right to a trial and the host of protections that go along with one, including the right to appeal. Instead, they plead guilty. The vast majority of felony convictions are now the result of plea bargains—some 94 percent at the state level, and some 97 percent at the federal level. Estimates for misdemeanor convictions run even higher. These are astonishing statistics, and they reveal a stark new truth about the American criminal-justice system: Very few cases go to trial. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy acknowledged this reality in 2012, writing for the majority in Missouri v. Frye, a case that helped establish the right to competent counsel for defendants who are offered a plea bargain. Quoting a law-review article, Kennedy wrote, “ ‘Horse trading [between prosecutor and defense counsel] determines who goes to jail and for how long. That is what plea bargaining is. It is not some adjunct to the criminal justice system; it is the criminal justice system.’ ”

  69. That’s true, and it must be a high percentage that are settled by plea bargains, but I can’t find any recent stats. Would be interesting to know whether the number has gone up or down.

I don’t think that it is necessarily an ideal system, but it might be considered a good way to avoid jury duty.

  70. I could see the judicial proceedings within the case at hand interpreted as either political or non-political, therefore the distinction in approach for disposition could indeed become muddled.

I was talking about the USA. While there are probably reasonably fair dispute resolution mechanisms for, say, patents I would be wary of cases which has ex. political or racial shades to it.

But I perhaps ineloquently was trying to make is that judges’ decisions do not necessarily make things “legal”.

While American political theory seems to me to emphasise the importance of keeping the judicial branch independent of the legislative and executive branch, there is usually very little discussion on the manner in which judges are usurping the rights of other branches.

  71. Meanwhile, from Retweet Outlet RT.com:

Le Kompromat? Macron’s candidate for Paris mayor ends race amid sexting scandal as controversial Russian shock artist leaks tapes

The Paris mayoral candidate picked by President Macron has ended his campaign a month before the election, following a sex scandal. His run was torpedoed by a self-exiled Russian shock artist, who released the compromising tapes.

The attack that put an end to Griveaux’s run was launched by Pyotr Pavlensky, a controversial Russian artist who has been living in France since 2017 after claiming he had to flee his home country due to political persecution. He accused Griveaux of being a hypocrite, running on a platform of family values while privately considering marriage a “prison” and sending intimate pictures to young women.

Ok, but where is the sex scandal?

The accusations were backed by what were claimed to be conversations between the politician and an unidentified female, complete with sexually explicit images. There is no evidence that Griveaux was actually involved. Pavlensky claimed he obtained the materials from an unnamed source, who had a relationship with the politician.

  72. Honestly, I’m pretty amazed by how kritarchy seems to have such influence in the rest of the world. Such as in the case of the legalization of gay marriage, or the UK’s establishment of a supreme court.

I think I would be correct in supposing that it is a growing influence, worldwide. But I wonder what explains it? Does it emanate from the US? But then again judges here often cite foreign precedent.

  73. Usually there is a true aspect in the case – but it can be hyped greatly by accusers or police, to justify charges. And there is no reason to be naive – if powers really don’t like you for whichever reasons, then of course police might even do things like “find” narcotics in your apartment.

This blog was correctly sceptical of American authorities’ allegations against Maria Butina, – but this case against “vegetarian terrorism”, is possibly more funny than the one about that “secret Russian agent”.

For example, this guy fucked a lot of girls without a condom and “successfully” infected 10 girls with AIDs – it seems to match my model of the world in a plausible way. I.e. this is a likely scenario, especially as girls are now suing him for infecting them.

But the charges are because these vegetarians were planning terrorist attacks during the world cup. Already seems rather surreal to my preconceptions – that there was this threat of vegetarian terrorism against football tournaments.

  74. this is a likely scenario, especially as girls are now suing him for infecting them.

U.S. government medical researchers intentionally infected hundreds of people in Guatemala, including institutionalized mental patients, with gonorrhea and syphilis without their knowledge or permission more than 60 years ago.

Many of those infected were encouraged to pass the infection onto others as part of the study.

  80. Yes, but intentionally infecting women with HIV, is not related to his political/terrorist imprisonment.

Police charges are because of this transnational network of vegetarian terrorists, which they say were planning to attack the world cup and the presidential election – if you can believe it (lol).

While recently 10 women are preparing to class action lawsuit against him, as they have been infected with HIV by him.

It’s a separate issue to the terrorism case. They are angry such an abusive ex-boyfriend has a lot of positive attention from their hipster circles, as a political prisoner.

There is in Russia a criminal code for people who intentionally infect with HIV – which is up to 5 years imprisonment if you infect a person. And if you intentionally infected multiple people, then up to 8 years imprisonment.

So as he has allegedly infected at least 10 women (probably more), there is a possibility of 8 years imprisonment. But this is not why he is imprisoned now.

  81. vegetarian terrorists, which they say were planning to attack the world cup and the presidential election

In the US, a lot of these things seem like entrapment. I don’t know whether there could be a similar trend in Russia. I think it has something to do with terrorism. Acts of terror encourage a lot of regular entrapment of fake terrorists. People who may talk a bit, if encouraged, but are mainly blowhards. Sometimes they are literally retarded, and basically fed plans and harassed until they “agree” to them. It is almost like they arrange it for consumption on the news cycle.

But, I wonder, if vegans on the average would tend to be more radical. I would think so. More violent too? I don’t know, but it is an interesting question. I wonder about the early anarchists, if any were vegetarians.

So as he has allegedly infected at least 10 women (probably more), there is a possibility of 8 years imprisonment.

Seems pretty low for the crime. I’m surprised Russia is not tougher on this.

  84. Western media is a centralised propaganda effort which peddles a narrative.

    We’re it so easy.

Hard to believe as it might be, our system has plenty of true believers in it. Journalism isn’t particularly high paying, but it does carry a lot of social prestige. The “intrepid reporter” trope is common in our culture.

But most of the media exists in a place where they rely upon clickbait to survive. Only the lucky few enjoy the security of a pubication funded by a tech monopolist.

  86. The Big Red Scary says

None of us has any real information about this case, and so can only make Bayesian judgements. If true, then the accusations that this weirdo deliberately infected 10 women with HIV raises my prior that he would plan terrorist acts– the two are a priori unrelated, but both are purely malicious and worthy of the overused description “psychopathic”.

My current priors: I agree that entrapment is a possibility, given that it happens often enough elsewhere. But it is not unlikely that Sagynbaev is guilty enough to deserve prison and even perhaps torture, that there were probably others in this group who would be willing accomplices to real violence, and that some of his followers were simply fools who are paying dearly for their foolishness. We can only hope that others will learn a lesson from them.

(I’ve been to a few vegan restaurants during lenten visits to SPB. They seem more abundant and more cult-like than in Moscow.)

  87. You’re too woke and you’re a candy ass

  88. The US is an empire, and the variety of states within its sphere of influence only have varying levels of independence. It is inevitable that they will assimilate, to greater or lesser degrees, the norms of American government into their own systems of governance.

This process is more pronounced in the lands which are culturally similar to America, namely the Anglosphere.

  89. Actually, I enjoy making comments that may be a bit contrived and help to get the dialogue going. In legal issues though, even though I may detest the crimes and criminals involved, I do think that we need to allow the culprits all of their civil liberties and legal rights to defend themselves. Judging by some of the comments posted, it appears that getting coerced confessions out of the defendants here (ouch) isn’t totally out of the realm of possibilities.

  92. rely upon clickbait to survive. Only the lucky few enjoy the security of a pubication funded by a tech monopolist

In the Russian media space, monopolists buying the holding company of the media company, are a “gentle” way of allowing an expansion in state capacity.

For example, lenta.ru was becoming too popular and critical of the government. So a Jewish businessman who is friends with Putin (and also owns the beautiful Waterstones bookshops in England), has bought the holding company in 2013.

And within a year, editors are replaced, and – while the site still includes critical articles, there are also implanted a certain proportion of pro-government agenda articles (for example, stories by students about how wonderful Russian universities are compared to abroad), where the author uses pseudonyms.

These are written instead of by a journalist, by a freelance political technologists that works for Kristina Potupchik.

On the positive side, these political technologists are always the same people – it’s a very small circle of hipsters.

  93. the two are a priori unrelated, but both are purely malicious and worthy of the overused description “psychopathic”.

This could be consistent with psychopath personality disorder, but also it is consistent with behaviour of some people with narcissist personality disorder, and perhaps borderline personality disorder.

Psychopath personality disorder are 1-2% of the population (so up to 3 million in the Russia Federation), while narcissists are 6% over a lifetime (so there 9 million people who will be narcissist at one point in their life in Russia).

People who can do this kind of thing are not that uncommon, including at the top leadership roles in some countries (e.g Trump is probably quite likely to be narcissist personality disorder, considering his personality).

  94. pretty low for the crime. I’m surprised Russia is not tougher

I have not compared criminals codes, but I can imagine that America would be stricter punishments than in Russia, on average, for the same crimes.

America has something like a 50% higher imprisonment rates than Russia (and in Russia the imprisonment rate is already elevated to a scary extent). This could be a result of more crimes in America (or high rates of conviction), or a result of higher rate of imprisonment and/or longer imprisonment for the same crimes happening in America (i.e. stricter punishments).

Cmon now Dmitry look at RBK, supposedly “taken control of by the state” has been proven to be total BS as it probably does more anti-russia stuff now then ever before.
Ekho’s Gazprom control has done nothing to eliminate the opposition filth on there.
On Russian talk shows, daily, there are antigovernment, pro-ukraine voices every time.

  96. In the Russian media space, monopolists buying the holding company of the media company, are a “gentle” way of allowing an expansion in state capacity.
For example, lenta.ru was becoming too popular and critical of the government.

This is guile. Such “popular and critical of the government” is just a tool of Western propaganda, where professional prostitutes work. If the Russian government has put this “lenta.ru” under control, this is good.

  97. By the way your moniker is constructed, it appears that you’re a close female relative of a former blogger at this site known as Gerard, and now married to Karlin? Of course this is only a tentative guess subject to review by our resident English wiz, Sparkon. Perhaps, a bit premature, but I wish to be the first at this site to wish the both of you a long and fruitful marriage! 🙂

  98. Ms Karlin-Gerard says

The ratio of people killed by the police: police killed on duty is extraordinarily high in the US.

Compare that to North caucasus, where the officers know they are strong risk of terrorist attacks, very temperamental people and all sorts of extreme illegal activity….. but the ratio is significantly lower.

Just goes to show (together with Ukraine showing it a million times over) that the US has nothing to offer Russia in democracy, political system, court system and law enforcement.

  99. This is why it’s called “state capacity”, not “state actions”.

There is a potential state capacity in Echo of Moscow, combined with laissez faire actions.

Also note in lenta.ru – the action is laissez faire, but the government has a “friendly” owner in the top of the holding company.

Adding in a certain proportion of articles (which can be less than 1% of the articles they publish) which are written by a political technologist, is still a laissez faire policy, but for regular fans of lenta.ru which were for years critical of the government, it is quite noticeable as a change.

    Ekho’s Gazprom control

There is a compromise, where Venediktov is given a good position, and has one of the highest amounts of access to Putin. For example, in his interview with Lukashenko, I remember he is talking like “I speak about all these topics with Putin so often”.

If this was owned not by Gazprom, but by an anti-government person in the top, they would be less tolerant of it.

Have you seen that NPR (National Public Radio) is very critical of Trump? It’s something similar – these are the most “independent” media, which are on the outer fringes of government or state capacity.

Don’t know whether we should consider it good English, but I’ve heard “pour” used as a noun in the context of alcoholic drinks. For example, at a winery, “we always give a generous pour”, meaning more than four ounces or whatever the expected amount is for a glass of wine.

  102. American police are known as some of the most crazy and dangerous guys in the world (together with perhaps the Brazilian police, Phillipines police, etc).

This doesn’t mean that police in Russia are gentle and nice guys. Just it’s a nicer and less violent police, compared to some countries (like America).

    The problem is this though:

Saint Petersburg since either 1917 or 1944 has far more increased the rate of population growth than has Stockholm, Prague, London, New York, kiev and most other cities in Western countries in the same periods.

Moscow is in a far better location to receive more people, looking at the regions around it, and even can count the volga region and even Ukraine as “feeder” regions, whilst SP has to count on Karelia and Pskov as “feeder regions” lol.

Saint Petersburg can’t have anywhere near the same number of high rise residential or business buildings as Moscow for both buildability reasons ( geotechnical of course) and cultural /political reasons relating to the high-culture, classical heritage of the place.

California has far more eclipsed New York in population and political power than Moscow has to Saint Petersburg in the same time period

You can either question whether a “white-nights” City with immense classical culture can even become a super-megopolis

Yet despite all these points( and more of ruling elite being from SP than Moscow), 6 or 7 blog posts before…. you ridiculously claim, using anti-Christian, paganistic reasoning that Saint Petersburg is “suffering” some bad fate stemming from revolution there in 1917- using logic and statistics that you aren’t applying to London, Paris, Stockholm, Bratislava , New York and so on or because it would annihilate your point, which seems derivative from your tag-team lunatic partner

  106. The latter could take a better offer from Qatar.

The former doesn’t mind low living standards as an NYC/DC resident, so long as they hold out hope of catching the “brass ring”. Some of these people have begun waking up, even organizing unions to pressure ownership into paying them more. Hasn’t worked as ad revenue has been consumed by Big Tech, so Buzzfeed and Vice Media are still loss making on paper.

What they fear above all is having to leave the big city, go back to the Middle America they came from, and live with the Swine they despise. “Baked Alaska Tim”, a Buzzfeed-to-ultrecht defector, is the archetype. Several times he has tried to re-defect, to no avail.

  107. Have you seen that NPR (National Public Radio) is very critical of Trump? It’s something similar – these are the most “independent” media, which are on the outer fringes of government or state capacity.

NPR has been critical of the GOP long before I was even born. Even Zionists are critical of NPR, as they are also to the NYT, mocking it as National Palestinian Radio.

Nominally, NPR is a large number of pubicly funded radio stations, in practice the most popular NPR programs are produced by a small number of stations and then syndicated. The local control is thus much of an illusion.

Right-wing talk radio has been historically quite profitable, with a large audience and low cost AM operation. Left-wing radio has never been profitable, in part because tax-exempt NPR has claimed the niche; while pretending to be moderate because they have David Brooks on a lot.

While Swine don’t typically listen in, middlebrow conservatives tend to mock NPR while ignoring the positive things they do such as playing classical music.

  108. David Brooks “moderate”??…

  109. It’s a liberal world, we just live in it.

  110. The NYT calls him a “conservative”, but I think he and Bliss would get on very well, since he called St. Augustine “black.”

  111. I’m not very familiar with the ethnic phenotype of the Barbers of North Africa. I know that they’re not always considered a homogeneous people, but display some variation in their make-up:

Berbers are not an entirely homogeneous ethnicity, and they include a range of societies, ancestries and lifestyles. The unifying forces for the Berber people may be their shared language or a collective identification with Berber heritage and history.

  113. What is it with Americans and thinking that everyone in Africa is a Compton city type black?

  114. It’s mainly rhetorical. I think it has something to do with the promotion of the ridiculous term African-American.

  115. Yes. Good point. Never say never. In any event, most verbs in English can be made into nouns by dropping the “to” of the verb’s infinitive form, and adding an article. Verbs can be made into nouns also by adding a suffix:

(to) run – a run, the run; also: running, runner.

Some of these formations can be rather clumsy or awkward, or would have a limited usage as patois or jargon in a relatively narrow context, as in your example with “a generous pour.”

After the generous pours at La Uva de la Vida wineries down the road, we pooh poohed the poorer pourers when we got to Sneaky Pete’s, where they merely sprinkled a few droplets in our glasses.

You occasionally hear “good eats,” or “good eating,” but never “an eat,” or “the eat” because we call that stuff we eat “food,” and we don’t eat it unless it’s edible. Some things are more palatable than others:

Oxford Dictionaries, which placed “antifa” on its shortlist for word of the year in 2017, said the word “emerged from relative obscurity to become an established part of the English lexicon over the course of 2017.

“Emerged from relative obscurity” is likely the result of an organized campaign in the MSM.

The USA has a massive drug war, plus a population of tens of millions of generally less intelligent, more volatile, and trained-to-be-angry-and-resentful-from-birth Africans, almost ALL of whom do not have their father consistently in the home (let alone actually married to their mothers at any time for any period).

Either of these factors would tend to boost the prison population in absolute and per capita terms. Put them together and you get the nightmare tax-sucking prison-industrial complex we have here.

Now, glorify African-“American” gutter retard culture and make people afraid to notice the truth and take action to solve this life-or-death problem. Now we have REALLY got a recipe for violence, insecurity, and a need for mass incarceration — even without the drug war, which is being or will be moderated in some States soon enough.

Like so many other “national” statistics where the USA typically looks bad relative to most european and Asian countries (and Russia) — rates of murder, rape, violent crime, gun crime, thus naturally incarceration rates, illegitimate (out-of-wedlock) births, chronic unemployment, test scores, etc. — the story changes drastically when one looks at NON-African conduct in the USA.

The Africans in the USA are another nation, and should be another country. We always hear “we didn’t ask to be brought here.” That’s true, but we sure as Hell didn’t ask for them to be brought here either.

All the negative statistics we talk about represent real physical pain, fear, misery, and expense for non-Africans in the USA (and of course for the decent Africa people stuck with their racial brethren). The crime and prison rate stats show how we pay every day so that those very few rich heartless British and Jewish people could profit by bringing Africans here in chains. (We can blame the Africans who sold defeated tribesmen to those British and jewish slavers, too.)

    Sigh.

  117. Ms Karlin-Gerard says

What is the excuse for the mass crime in the first half of the last century in America that didn’t have much to do with negroes?

Las Vegas and much of california sprung up entirely due to corruption( which doesn’t necessarily contradict entrepreneurship) .

I assume Canada doesn’t have much of a crime problem with negroes?

It doesn’t mean you aren’t right about the prison population – but the main problem could be general American culture.

No surprise that 2 of the most common western imported phrases about the disaster in Russia in the 90’s were “wild west” and “mafia state”…. Two words derived from experiences of “democratic” America

  118. Ms Karlin-Gerard says

BTW what is the turning point from when Afro-Americans started giving their children normal names like Joe Louis, George Foreman and Ella Fitzgerald…… into giving them made-up, phonetically stupid, flamboyant names with double-surnames (because of parents not together of course)?

  119. Zidane has indeed a phenotype typical of some Kabyles.

And you are right about the Berber tribes of old (depicted on the Egyptian frescoes are the Libyan Meshwesh) being Mediterranean Whites.

To know how they looked like, look no further than to Spanish depictions of Canary islands Guanches, a Berber population that due to its isolation presented a stable unmixed phenotype.

Saint Augustine was a North African of Roman descent. He might have had Berber or Punic ancestry, but considering him a typical Berber would probably be shortsighted.

Moreover, after the times of Saint Augustine, the Maghreb was invaded by Vandals (and their Alanic confederates) who brought with them some Northern European phenotype, and then by Arabs (Semites really) and Turks.

Algerians especially are a mixed breed.

But Zidane is as pure Berber as it gets nowadays.

  120. It is hard to compare penalties for HIV infection, as in the US it seems to vary state by state, and many states appear not to have specific laws, though perhaps, it would fall under some other code.

Though, I get the impression you are generally right.

The NAACP gives this stat, I believe based on 2015:

If African Americans and Hispanics were incarcerated at the same rates as whites, prison and jail populations would decline by almost 40%.

So that would put it at a little less than Russia’s rate, but of course, we don’t have as many as Russia’s problematic groups, like Chechans and Georgians.

  121. RadicalCenter says

Of course there are serious problems in any culture, and any people’s “characteristic” psychology and approach to life and other people — so there are and always will be serious problems in the USA’s culture even if Africans had never been brought here, or were induced for leave.

My point is that African-“Americans” — quote marks reflecting how they tend to feel and identify as well as how they force us to view them, I.e. NOT part of our nation and willing to harm or bother us in any tiny way possible every day — are on balance a deadweight loss, a deadly threat to everyone else here, and just a 24/7 source of stupidity, filth, fear, and misery, in a way that no other population ever has been.

Anyway, it might matter that Canada’s population is 3.5% African and ours is more than three times that. They also don’t have the excuse of slavery in Canada, and yes that’s all it is here, an excuse for their relentlessly vile behavior.

  122. The rise of the Nation of Islam during the 1960s. There are a lot of American blacks with Arabic names, viewed as a way of repudiating the “slaveholder surname”.

Family breakdown also prevented older relatives from putting the kibosh on silly names.

  123. RadicalCenter says

Sound analysis. And FWIW, even after all the harsh things I’ve said about Africans’ impact on other Americans and my personal assaults and harassment at their hands: I really can’t blame them for rejecting white european names. Why continue to in effect emulate or give respect the people who enslaved their ancestors in this country were white. I can understand the dignity and symbolism in that.

Of course, if they can never truly stop seething with hatred for white people, it’s unsafe for us to have large numbers of them here, and they should be induced to go elsewhere, at a minimum.

  124. Shockley’s dysgenics surely were a major contributor.

Then there was a lot of urbanization of blacks, so your average city black was getting dumber from migration, and being put in a more stimulating environment leading to more variety of names. An urban black environment. With increasing literacy – enough to write new forms of names.

I also wonder what percentage of black names are specifically chosen by black women, rather than having a duel parental input.

  125. Be a cult leader. Bitches love a cult leader. Creating a cult is probably the easiest way to get laid with a bunch of thots. You don’t even need to be particularly handsome, this guy isn’t, that Rainieri guy wasn’t. If you create a cult and manage to get followers, you can even look like a nerd which women wouldn’t look at twice: you will get laid. The content or ideology of the cult also doesn’t matter a lot, as long as it has some key words and rituals and involves sex at some point. The main thing is to have a certain charisma or being good at bullshitting.

  126. I understand your sentiment, but this idea that we’re supposed to go to extreme lengths to defend the civil rights of people who are obviously criminals is a very recent and very western concept, and, as songbird pointed out, this “high” standard of “justice” is not even really functional in America, where much of the bitching about Russia’s justice system originates.

On that note, a short while ago on this website there was a video from the Institute for Justice about a guy who got beaten within an inch of his life by the cops, somewhere in America. The guy was totally innocent, the plainclothes officers came at him like muggers because they had somehow confused him with a dude who looked absolutely unlike him. To cover their tracks after putting him in the hospital, they put him in jail too, and hit him with a bunch of BS charges. IIRC he would have faced years in prison, but the institute came to his aid. Still no justice for the guys that assaulted him, but at least he’s free.

I can’t help but think that if that had happened in Russia, it would be loudly broadcast by Meduza, Navalny and co., but in the western world we’re just supposed to accept that as the price of liberty lol.

  127. The situation that you point out shouldn’t be allowed to happen anywhere, at any time. Of course my idealistic stance of providing civil liberties to even those that we despise is mirrored in a typical American sort of way (not to mention a Christian one too, where we’re instructed “to love our enemies”), the pronunciations of an early American, Patrick Henry left an indelible mark on my psyche from an early age:

I may detest what you say but will defend to the death your right to say it

…not to mention a Christian one too, where we’re instructed “to love our enemies”

Remind me again, is the doctrine of civil rights and free speech from the Gospel of Supply-side Jesus or from the parables of Judeo-christ?

  129. Loving your enemy means that you forgive them and you show them the same basic respect every human deserves and asks for. Loving your enemy means you pray for their well-being and you pray for God to deal with them. Learning forgiveness and to let God fight your battles is the only way to truly love your enemies.

  130. Are you sure that guy in the picture is from Cameroon????

Somehow he doesn’t fit the profile I have in my mind of a native of Cameroon…or does Cameroon stand for something else in Russia…

  131. The guy in the picture IS Arman Saginbaev (who the article is about). Simon Mol was a different person.

    This is Simon: https://i1.wp.com/somoslibres.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/simonpol-750×410.jpg

  132. The guy in the picture IS Arman Saginbaev (who this article is about). Simon Mol was a different person, who was around in Poland in the mid-2000s.

Disclamer: you’re speaking like some sort of NPC with your boomerite mcnuggets of wisdom, so the following is for the benefit of others that might be reading along, not you.

Christ’s message is to be “perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect”. Loving your enemy means you are free from the slavery of sin. You rise above the cyclical rut of fighting and counter-fighting.

“Human rights” is a satanic inversion of that – the idea that we are all eternal sinners and so might as well accept and tolerate the sin of your fellow slave.

  134. (excuse the double post, it gave a “this comment has been marked as spam” error when I added the image and I had to repost the comment without it)

  135. Ok I confused the two…Simon Mol was just mentioned in the last paragraph of the article…

    Thanks for the heads-up.

  136. HIV positive? Must be gay.

Seems like it’s not just about rapey pedos, but murderers too:

Of course, Meduza has its slant and maintains that the original charges were trumped up, but concedes that things are ahem “complicated”… Which is as good as it’s gonna get with that type of outlet.
